NetPill24x7 is a licensed pharmacy that sells skin care, hair care, vitamins and supplements, baby care and other health and wellness products online, including our own brand Nexvia. Product information on the Website is for general information only. We do not offer medical consultations, diagnosis or treatment through the Website.
Content on the Website, including product descriptions, guides and routine suggestions, is not medical advice and does not replace advice from a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional. Please read the label and usage instructions, do a patch test where advised, and speak to your doctor before using a product if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are giving a product to a child. In an emergency, contact a doctor or your nearest hospital.
Some products can be supplied only against a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. For these, you must upload or send a valid prescription, which our pharmacist will check before dispensing. We may refuse or cancel an order if the prescription is missing, invalid or unclear. In line with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and its Rules, 1945, we do not process orders for Schedule X or other habit-forming drugs.
You must be 18 years or older to place an order. Products for children must be purchased and used by an adult. Please give accurate details and keep your login secure. You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt to break its security, place fraudulent orders, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise. Shipping is free on orders above INR 499; for orders of INR 499 or less, shipping is INR 80. We may correct pricing or listing errors, and may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or unavailable, in which case any amount paid is refunded. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers; we do not store your card details. Cash on delivery may be available on some orders.

We take care to keep product information, images and prices accurate, but packaging and batch details may change and images are for illustration. We sell only genuine products sourced through authorised channels. Please check expiry dates and the seal on delivery and contact us promptly about any problem.
All content on the Website, including the NetPill24x7 and Nexvia names, logos, text, images and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission. Other brand names on the Website belong to their respective owners.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Website or products, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, network failures and force majeure. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law, or our liability for anything that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Website or these terms.
